Our Foreva™ Warranty is a reflection of that promise: a lifetime of service, care, and craftsmanship for your permanent jewellery.

Every piece of Foreva™ Permanent Jewellery is welded with care and designed to last a lifetime. To ensure your piece remains as beautiful as the day it was created, we offer the Foreva™ Warranty — a promise of craftsmanship, service, and ongoing care.

The Foreva™ Warranty ensures your permanent jewellery is protected and maintained with professional care. All permanent jewellery welded by Jimmy Jewellery is covered by a 7 days Limited Warranty from the welding date. This page explains the coverage, process, and benefits of your warranty.

Your Foreva™ Warranty covers:

• Weld Point Repairs: One time complimentary re-welding if your piece separates at the original weld point.
• Minor Adjustments: One time complimentary chain tightening or link balancing during warranty period.
• Charm or Chain Replacements: Available at a special 10% discount from current retail price.
• Warranty Renewal Option: Extend coverage yearly for continued protection.

• Valid for: 7 days from the date of welding.
• Renewal: Available at $30 for 6 months.
• Coverage applies to: The original owner only and must be accompanied by the Certificate of Warranty.

Example: If your Foreva bracelet was welded on 10 October 2025, your coverage extends until 10 May 2026. Renewals done before expiry maintain seamless protection.

Our warranty maintains your piece’s structural and aesthetic integrity. Covered issues include:

• Chain breakage or detachment at the welded joint.
• Manufacturing defects such as improper closure or faulty weld.
• Material issues due to production inconsistencies.
• Complimentary re-welding within 1 months if theres a breakage or detachment at the original welded site.

The Foreva™ Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage caused by pulling, snagging, or excessive tension.
• Damage from chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents.
• Tarnish from improper care or chemical exposure.
• Loss or theft of your jewellery.
• Removal, modification, or welding by a third party.
• Lost or broken charms not attached through our authorised process.
• General wear and tear from prolonged friction or impact.

If your jewellery is damaged beyond warranty scope, our team will provide a repair or replacement quotation at a preferential customer rate.

• Renew your warranty for $30 to continue receiving complimentary weld repairs.
• If not renewed, re-welding services remain available at special discounted rates.
  

We’ll send reminders before your coverage expires, so you can renew seamlessly online or in-store.

Each Foreva jewellery piece includes a Certificate of Warranty that serves as proof of authenticity and service eligibility.

You may present either the physical certificate or digital record (for Sparks Members, stored under your profile).

To make a warranty claim or request a service:

1. Step 1: Book an appointment via the Foreva Concierge Form or email info@jimmyjewellery.com.
2. Step 2: Bring your jewellery and certificate to our studio for inspection.
3. Step 3: Our specialists will assess your piece:
   • If covered — repair or re-weld at no cost.
   • If not covered — quotation will be provided before proceeding.
4. Step 4: Your service record will be updated in our system for future reference.

• The Foreva Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
• Items purchased as gifts are registered under the recipient’s name at the point of welding.
• Any modification or tampering by non-Jimmy Jewellery personnel voids the warranty.

Though your jewellery is welded to stay with you, proper care preserves its beauty.

• Clean gently with mild soap and water; pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Visit our store for complimentary cleaning or professional polishing anytime.
• Keep chemical products (perfume, lotion, sanitizer) away from your jewellery area.

• Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, alcohol-based sanitizers, or cleaning products.
• Avoid tugging or twisting your chain unnecessarily.
• Never attempt to cut or remove your jewellery yourself.

• To remove the bracelet, simply cut the round jumpring carefully with a pair of scissors/ nail clipper. 
• Keep your chain; it can be re-welded for a fee of $15 when you’re ready to wear it again.
• Do not attempt self-removal, as improper cutting may damage your chain.

• The Foreva™ Warranty does not constitute an insurance policy.
• Jimmy Jewellery reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty terms.
• The company is not responsible for consequential loss, emotional value, or third-party modifications.
