Jimmy Warranty Every Jimmy Jewellery piece is designed with care and precision — crafted to last, made to shine, and meant to celebrate your story. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Warranty Coverage Duration: 30 days from the purchase date.

What’s Covered:
We offer a one-time complimentary exchange for verified manufacturing defects, including:
• Incorrect product sent
• Defective product upon arrival
• Broken item due to craftsmanship fault

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from jimmyjewellery.com or event booth.
Exclusions Our warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect item ordered by the customer
• Wrong mailing address provided during checkout
• Change of mind or dislike of the product
• Delivery delays by courier services or customs
• Damage from mishandling, improper care, or accidental breakage
• Normal wear and tear, tarnish, or oxidation over time
• Lost or stolen items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sizing Exchanges If your bracelet, ring, or necklace does not fit, we allow one-time sizing exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.
A valid order number or purchase receipt is required.

Conditions:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• All tags, pouches, and certificates intact

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Request a Warranty Claim 1. Contact our Concierge Team: Email [EMAIL ADDRESS] or use our Contact Form  within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your details: Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the defect, and a short description of the issue.

3. Review & Approval: Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days and advise on next steps.

4. Return Instructions: Once approved, you will receive return or exchange shipping details.
Shipping & Returns • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
• Jimmy Jewellery is not liable for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds & Store Credits • We do not offer direct refunds to the original payment method.
• Approved cases will receive a replacement item or store credit equivalent to the item’s value.
• Refunds may be issued only on a case-by-case basis under special review.
Permanent Jewellery Warranty (Foreva™) Our Foreva™ Permanent Jewellery is designed to last — but life happens.

• If your welded chain breaks naturally within 30 days of your appointment, we’ll repair it free of charge.
• Breaks caused by accidents, force, or intentional removal are not covered.
• Complimentary re-welding is available if you still have the original chain.

Paid Services (Normal Wear & Refresh Menu) When it isn’t a defect, we still have you covered with fair, transparent services:

• Chain Resizing — from $10
• Chain Solder / Link Repair — from $30
• Clasp Replacement — from $25 + parts
• Pearl/Beaded Restringing (knotted) — from $20 (length-based)
