Order Verification

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Processing Duration

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Order Updates & Tracking

We'll keep you informed every step of the way - from the moment your Spark leaves our studio to when it reaches your hands.

Dispatch Notification

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email and/or SMS with your tracking link.

Tracking Updates

You can track your parcel’s anytime using the link provided. Updates are reflected in real time by our courier partners.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your parcel has been successfully received and processed, a final delivery confirmation will be sent to you.

Status Summary

Registered members can track live deliveries and review previous purchases under “My Orders” in their account.

Where and When We Deliver

Because every Spark deserves to arrive safely. We deliver across the island — ensuring that every order
reaches you promptly and beautifully packaged, no matter where you are in Singapore.

Delivery Coverage & Schedule

Local Delivery: Available for all addresses within mainland Singapore.

Restricted Areas: We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Changi Airport transit areas, Jurong Island, PSA Terminals, and military camps due to access restrictions.

Residential & Commercial Addresses:
Deliveries can be made to both home and office locations. Please ensure accurate unit numbers and contact details at checkout for smooth delivery.

Delivery Days & Windows: Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) Standard & Next-Day [Between 10 AM – 10 PM] Same-Day Delivery [Between 7 PM – 10 PM]

Missed Delivery & Re-Delivery

Courier Notification: If no one is available to receive your parcel, our courier partner will notify you via SMS or email with a re-delivery link or instructions.

Re-Delivery Attempts: A second delivery attempt will usually be made on the next working day at no extra charge.

After Two Attempts: If both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel may be returned to our fulfilment centre. In this case, our team will contact you to arrange a manual re-delivery.

Re-Delivery Fee: A small re-delivery fee of $6 may apply for subsequent attempts after the first two.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.
