1.1 Jimmy Jewellery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Singapore-based brand specialising in jewellery and permanent jewellery services.

1.2 Our registered business name is Jimmy Jewellery, operating under [ UEN: 202532520M ], with a principal place of business in Singapore.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

1.4 By using our Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian to use this Site.

2. Use of Website

2.1 You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that could damage or interfere with the Site’s operation.

2.2 You must not upload or transmit any malware, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights.

2.3 We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms or misuses our Services.

3. Products and Services

3.1 We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour, tone, or texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

3.2 All jewellery measurements and material details are approximate and for reference only.

3.3 Availability of products and pricing is subject to change without notice.

3.4 Custom and personalised pieces (including engraved or Foreva™ Permanent Jewellery) are made to order and non-refundable once production begins.

3.5 We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to specific regions, individuals, or quantities, at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing GST (where applicable).

4.2 We accept payments via Shopify Payments, major credit/debit cards, PayNow, or other methods listed at checkout.

4.3 By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

4.4 Prices may fluctuate without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4.5 Any promotional or discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be used retroactively.

5. Orders and Acceptance

5.1 Submitting an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s).

5.2 Orders are subject to acceptance — we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or descriptions
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Breach of these Terms

5.3 Upon successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not guarantee acceptance until your order has been processed and shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 We partner with trusted couriers such as QXpress, J&T Express, Aramex, SF Express, and Singapore Post.

6.2 Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Next-Day Delivery: 1 working day (cut-off 2PM)
  • Same-Day Delivery: available before 2PM at an additional fee

6.3 Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

6.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

6.5 Free delivery applies for orders above SGD $100 (after discounts, before taxes).

6.6 Once dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1 Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery (14 days for Jimmy Sparks™ Members).

7.2 Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

7.3 For hygiene reasons, earrings and permanent jewellery are strictly non-returnable unless defective.

7.4 Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

7.5 Complimentary return shipping applies for the first return request; subsequent returns are chargeable.

7.6 Non-refundable items include custom pieces, engraved items, sale/clearance products, and gift cards.

8. Personalised Jewellery Policy

8.1 Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is crafted specifically for you and therefore non-refundable once confirmed.

8.2 Please review all custom details (engraving text, length, material, or charm choices) before submitting your order.

8.3 Any mistakes made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, measurements) will not be eligible for free remake or refund.

8.4 If an error occurs on our part (e.g., wrong engraving, incorrect product), we will replace or correct it at no cost.

8.5 Production times for personalised pieces may take longer than standard products, as indicated on the product page.

9. Foreva™ Permanent Jewellery Policy

9.1 Permanent Jewellery services are non-refundable once performed.

9.2 Breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days is covered under our Foreva™ Warranty.

9.3 Breakage or loss caused by impact, snagging, or improper care is not covered.

9.4 We recommend customers return to our studio for adjustments or rewelding.

9.5 Proof of purchase is required for all warranty or service claims.

10. Warranty and Repairs

10.1 All jewellery comes with a 30 days warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, weak solder joints, stone setting issues).

10.2 Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, scratches, oxidation, accidental damage, or plating fade from exposure to sweat, perfume, or chemicals.

10.3 Proof of purchase and photos must be submitted via our Warranty Form before service.

10.4 Out-of-warranty repairs are available for a nominal fee.

11. Sparks Membership & Loyalty Program

11.1 The Jimmy Sparks™ Membership program rewards customers for purchases and engagement.

11.2 Membership tiers include:

  • Sparks Club (Free): 1× points per $1 spent
  • Sparks+ (Premium): 1.5× points per $1, early access to new drops, birthday voucher
  • Sparks Box (Subscription): 2× Sparks points on box items, exclusive gifts and VIP events

11.3 Points can be redeemed for discounts, gifts, or special offers.

11.4 Points and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may expire after stated validity.

11.5 Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension or termination of membership.

11.6 Jimmy Jewellery reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Sparks Program at any time without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on this Site—including text, logos, photography, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Jimmy Jewellery.

12.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any material without written consent.

13. Personal Data and Privacy

13.2 We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

14.4 We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time.

15. Gift Cards and Vouchers

15.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and redeemable only on our official site.

15.2 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

15.3 Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 Jimmy Jewellery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

16.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s).

16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Singapore law.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, strikes, or courier disruptions.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

18.2 Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

18.3 If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
